The Terms We Hold Ourselves To.
These terms govern engagements with DRAVOI. They are written to be read — plainly worded, weighted toward the commitments we make rather than the ones we disclaim, and specific about the two things clients ask about most: exactly who owns what, and when payment is due.

Custom Architectural Scope of Work
Every engagement is defined by a written Statement of Work that specifies deliverables, architecture, milestones, timeline, and price before work begins. Nothing starts on a handshake and an invoice.
We do not deliver template builds. Each system is architected for your operating model — data model, integration surface, performance budget, and AI components designed for your case rather than adapted from a previous client's.
Where a signed Statement of Work conflicts with these terms, the Statement of Work governs. Changes to scope are agreed in writing as an amendment, with any effect on timeline and price stated at the same time. We will not silently absorb scope and we will not silently bill for it.
